Buying is Easy

Buying an RC Laser is easy. Radio Control Sailing Australia maintains good stocks of the boats and accessories. Your order will be delivered by courier to your door within a few days.

Prices are listed in ‘Making Up an Order’

You have a number of options for placing and paying for an order. These are;

Option 1 :Telephone or E-mail order

Telephone us on (02 9954-0755) or e-mail us at fun@radiosail.com.au and tell us what you want. We will make up a draft invoice and send it to you to check. We will also call you to discuss your preferred method of payment. Our preferred methods of receiving payment (in order) are;

1. Direct funds transfer to Bank Account

2. PayPal (see below)

3. Cheque

Option 2 : Electronic Order

Select the items you wish to buy via the ‘Making Up an Order’ and electronically send us your selection.

The steps are;

a) Make your selections – remember that you need to click ‘Add to Cart’ for each item selected

b) Check your selections – once you have completed your selections go to the Shopping Cart and check your order.

c) Add freight – For orders to be delivered in Australia click on the ‘Add Freight’ icon.

There are 3 freight charge units available ($25, $15 and $10).  Select an appropriate combination of these to make up your freight component.

The freight for each boat, to anywhere in Australia is $35.  Freight for a keel or for an order including a mast to anywhere in Australia is $20. Freight for parts orders that will fit in a small ovenight express bag is $10, a large overnight express bag $15.

Refer to ‘Postage & Packaging’ for more information or contact us for advice if you have an unusual order.

If your order is to be delivered outside Australia, please contact us for advice about the freight charge.

Note : GST will be automatically calculated and displayed but youMUST CHECK THE TICK-BOX FOR GST if the order is to be delivered within Australia.

d) Check-out and E-mail Order – click on the ‘Check-out’ icon. This will take you to an e-mail screen. Enter the required contact details and, if you wish, include a text message. Click on the ‘Mail it’ button.
When we receive your order we will prepare a draft invoice and send it to you for checking. We will also call you to discuss your preferred method of payment. (see above our preferred methods of receiving payment)

 

Option 3 : Electronic Order and Simultaneous Payment by PayPal 

Our PayPal facility enables you to pay by credit card using PayPal. This is an easy, secure and convenient way to pay for purchases by credit card. A 2% surcharge applies to orders paid for in this manner to cover some of the credit card processing charges that we incur. The steps are;

a) – c) as per Option 2 above

d) Check-out – click on the ‘PayPal’ icon. This will take you to a PayPal checkout screen. This screen includes instructions on how to set up a PayPal account if you do not already have one.

We will receive an e-mail notification from PayPal and will promptly process your order.

Note that the PayPal facility can be used in conjunction with Option 1 andOption 2 above if you wish to pay by credit card once you have reviewed and verified the draft invoice.
