Packaging & freight (within Australia) for each boat is $35 +GST. This is inclusive of all accessories.Orders including a keel and/or a mast are charged at $20 +GST
Orders (within Australia) for parts that will fit inside a small overnight bag are charged at $10 + GST.
Orders (within Australia) for parts that will fit inside a large overnight bag or a small postal tube (e.g. orders including a boom) are charged at $15 + GST.
Quotes will be given for orders to be delivered outside Australia.

Warranty
Out There Technologies (OTT), a US company, produces the RC Laser and warrants each new boat for six months from the verified date of purchase. In Australia, Radio Control Sailing Australia (RCSA) manages all RC Laser warranty services.
What is covered . Your warranty covers any failure of any part of your boat (excluding electronics) that is caused by defect in workmanship or materials. Like any warranty, we cannot cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modification, or repair by anyone other than OTT. Shipping of parts is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping Damage – Neither OTT nor Radio Control Sailing Australia is responsible for damage incurred during shipping when a part is being returned under warranty. Even though your part may be damaged already, it is important we receive it in the condition that you dispatch it. If not properly packaged, it could be further damaged, voiding the warranty. Please pack carefully.
Registration & Proof of Purchase – You must register your boat within a month of purchasing. It is wise to submit your proof of purchase at that time. However, we will accept your proof of purchase along with your returned warranty part.
Electronics Warranty – Your RC Laser warranty does not cover electronics. All electronics are covered by the electronics manufacturer. Please contact Radio Control Sailing Australia for assistance.
